        Grow up and Develop Together with Livzon Group
        Looking back to the history of Livzon Group Every time, I am deeply touched by all members’ hard work and devotion. Our group has gradually grown up from a toddler. During this process, my team members grow up together with Livzon Group. We have suffered from hardship and also have gained success. We can say proudly that I grow up together with Livzon Group and I have tried my best to make devotion. So I feel my proud. All my staff members are lovely, respectable, both happy and tragic. Hope in the new year we can create more glories. At the same time, I want to say to all of you: You have worked hard!
        Our company started construction in Ningxia Shizuishan City in 2011 and in 2013 its new site began production. In face of new environment, new challenge and new goal, Livzon people unite as one begin its production successfully with tough spirit and public wisdom and gives a satisfactory answer to the company. Our company has passed the national GMP certification successfully during its history, becoming very few company whose products have passed the certification. We constantly optimize the technology and improve the yield of new products through unremitting efforts, providing a new source of power for the development of enterprise. With the continuous growth of the enterprise, our employees have long-term development. They have enriched their experience, gained valuable knowledge, and exercised the spirit of tradition. At the same time, their position and salary have been greatly improved. In order to make our employees get comprehensive promotion, we hold elite training classes, actively participate in all kinds of training in the company---practice in Qingyuan and Livzon Business School and hold several recreation and sports competitions, which enrich amateur cultural life of employees.
        We are facing a variety of challenges in 2015. Some are caused by immaturity and others are caused by economic depression. But in any case, we are thinking about the future of the enterprise, such as how does our enterprise grow up and avoid winding course. We are a private economic organizations and our basic goal is to gain profit. But in order to reflect the value of the enterprise, we must contribute to the society as the ultimate goal, develop ourselves, and drive the development of the surrounding environment so as to create more job opportunities of this district, send warmness to the cold winter in 2015, create wealth for the society and make a contribution to the development of the harmonious society.  
        As the economic body and part of society, the enterprise must make a contribution to the society. Our company began production in 2013 to create more job opportunity for society. We continue to expand the scale of enterprises. At present, there are more than 800 employees. To accumulate more wealth for the community, our company began production in 2013 and enterprise tax has been gradually increased annually. Livzon Group tries its endeavor to public welfare undertaking and has done a great deal of work in society public welfare undertaking such as disaster relief and charity. We should continue to hold the banner of Livzon spirit and pass it on. We need to continue to train and cultivate more talents to society in order to become Ningxia's largest emerging biomedical base in the future. We will continue to make more contribution to the society and give warmness to more people.
        Employees are the master of the company. The employees make a contribution to the enterprise and the enterprise should be responsible for the employees. Employees are like the seawater bearing the ship of enterprise. There is an old saying that while water can carry a boat, it can also overturn it. Employees are the foundation to create wealth and we should make full use of this resource. In order to reinforce the foundation of the building, it is necessary to mobilize staff enthusiasm and creativity and give full play to their intelligence and wisdom. To do that let everybody fully display his talents and make the best use of everything. We should put the right people in the appropriate position. We will arrange a variety of forms of training for different people in the future to provide more opportunity for employees’ growth and development and enhance the value of employees. We should hold more rich and colorful activities under the premise of guaranteeing employees’ the welfare security. In order to make more employees have a rich amateur life, we should give employees an occasional concern from time to time and solve employees’ concern and doubt. The enterprise can undertake greater social responsibility only if it continue to achieve the value of growth. With the continuous growth of enterprises, our corporate culture and the system is constantly improved. Our product quality is constantly upgrading. Our enterprise is bound to usher in greater development in the future. With the continuous optimization of the company's various products technology, all kinds of products GMP, COS, FDA certification work are processed as schedule. We should ensure that at least a kind of product can pass FDA certification this year. Relying on the group brand advantage, we should introduce more new products with competitive advantage constantly enhance the company's competitiveness.
         With the growth of enterprise value, the value of employees has also been increased. Each of the staff value is reflected in how many things he has done to society and others. Because the enterprise is developing, the staff’s individual value is reflected and raised during this process when the enterprise makes a contribution to society. Promotion of personal value is reflected in the promotion of working ability. In the family of Livzon Group, it creates development channel and platform for us. The staff capacity and demand are totally in consistent and all kinds of works can be finished efficiently. Our employees should be more responsible to share weal and woe with the enterprise. Our staff should improve their business level and complete work more efficiently and accurately. Our enterprise is constantly growing up and our employees need to continue to develop to reach the ultimate goal of common development. We need to enhance the value of enterprises and individuals and raise the enterprise and individual to a new level.
